In the Jan. 12 episode of Sister Wives, which centred on Kody Brown’s ex-wife Christine Brown’s marriage to David Woolley, Kody, 55, talked candidly about the complicated dynamics of the Brown family.
The TLC star acknowledged that he was finding it hard to get used to not being the centre of attention for his enormous family. The 18-year-old father claimed that being in a position where he wasn’t receiving as much “attention” as he was accustomed to was “different.” Even though he was depending on his children to initiate the process of reconciliation, he maintained that there were no resentments.
Kody Brown’s relationships and 4th wife Robyn
Kody Brown claimed he wasn’t prepared to give up his relationship with Robyn in order to have a relationship with all of his children, even if he wanted to.
Kody Brown doesn’t mind letting his children take the initiative to mend their damaged bond. Robyn, however, is not happy about the acrid family breakup. She admitted that she wasn’t surprised when she and Kody weren’t invited to Christine’s special day, but it still hurt to be left out.
Despite his children’s hostility against Robyn, Kody Brown has stated time and time again that he must defend her. Kody’s children provide an alternative account of their family’s problems. They claim that the rift is his fault.
Kody Brown needs to examine his own actions closely if he wants it to get better. Gabe was also pessimistic about his chances of dating Robyn, claiming that she had “a victim complex.”
